	1st - 8th Grades Registration Fee: $35 for 1st, 2nd,& 3rd Grades Registration Fee: $50.00 for 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th,& 8th Grades Includes Diagnostic Testing (One Time, Non-Refundable) Per Student   Tuition   1st GRADE READER OR 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th Tuition Fees - Grade School students taking FIVE courses: Full Year: $545.40 or Quarter Year: $165.00 Tuition Fees - Grade School students taking SIX courses:  Full Year: $654.00 or Quarter Year: $195.00 Includes: Curriculum Courses, Answer Keys, Handbook of Instructions, Record Keeping Materials, Report Card, and Permanent Records. The Curriculum Courses are Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and Word Building (Spelling). A small, non-refundable, additional fee applies to computer-based curriculum and is only available in the Full Year payment option. Multiple Enrollment Discount: 5% Grade School Students taking FIVE courses Full Year: $517.75 or Quarter Year: $156.75 Elementary electives available upon request. 	9th - 12th Grades Registration Fee: $75.00 for 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th Grades Includes Diagnostic Testing for 9th & 10th grades (One Time, Non-Refundable) Per Student   Tuition   HIGH SCHOOL 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th   Tuition Fees - High School students taking FIVE courses:  Full Year: $585.00 or Quarter Year: $176.00 Tuition Fees - High School students taking SIX courses (9th grade students are required to take six courses):  Full Year: $693.00 or Quarter Year: $206.00 Includes: Curriculum Courses, Answer Keys, Handbook of Instructions, Record Keeping Materials, Report Card, High School Transcript, and Permanent Records.   A small, non-refundable, additional fee applies to computer-based curriculum and is only available in the Full Year payment option. 	Computer-based courses require an external back-up on the personal computer. The external back-up could be a USB hard disk drive or a thumb drive. Online back-ups are acceptable. ie: Carbonite, Mozy, or Barracuda

	PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the Full Year Tuition, the complete school year of curriculum is sent. If you choose the Quarter Year Tuition, one quarter of the school year of curriculum is sent.

	Re-Enrollment Fee: The Re-enrollment Fee is now in effect. At the beginning of each school year, there will be a $30 per student re-enrollment fee. There is a $75 family cap on the re-enrollment fee.

Personal Check Policy: C.A.A. does not accept Personal Checks.

	REFUND POLICY If you choose to withdraw from Christian Academy of America, the following refund policy will apply. Please allow 30 days from receipt of your written notice of withdrawal for processing refund. 1. If withdrawn before curriculum is sent, then 100% of tuition is refunded. (workbook-style curriculum only) 2. If withdrawn and curriculum is returned unopened and/or unused within 10 days of receipt, then 70% of last tuition payment minus shipping charges is refunded. (workbook-style curriculum only) 3. Computer-based curriculum tuition is non-refundable.
